About Me
Chris Bryant is a broadcast journalism graduate of Florida A&M University. He started college in 2016 moving from Tampa, Florida to Tallahassee, Florida. From 2018 to 2019 Chris served as FAMU'S newspaper the Famuan's opinions editor. As opinions editor he learned more about the writing room and more about leadership. Chris wrote and edited articles for the Famuan throughout his university career, but as opinions editor he taught countless students the ropes of writing editorials. Chris would go on to join a travel company, Motherland Connect, that would take him to the Middle East and Africa to lead groups of students and tourists. Chris assisted with marketing, planning, social media management, promotional photography, sales, public engagement, and recruitment under the title of student experience coordinator. Although the work was seasonal, the lessons were year-round. Chris also completed an internship with FAMU Office of Communications during the summer. For this internship Chris would write and edit articles about faculty, staff, students, and graduates as well as university events and affairs.
